To celebrate the 70th anniversary of the brand’s birth, Ferrari unveiled five 70th anniversary models at the 2016 Paris Motor Show: F12berlinetta The Stirling (Stirling), 488 GTB The Schumacher, California T Steve McQueen, 488 Spider The Green Jewel, and a special custom 488 Spider.

It is reported that Ferrari will have a total of 350 commemorative models, these models will screen the history of Ferrari 70 representative classic models of the design elements, and then based on the California T, 488 GTB, 488 Spider, F12berlinetta and GTC4Lusso models, so each commemorative version is unique. To select the 70 most iconic classic models, Ferrari brought together 100 Ferrari owners and collectors in June. Eventually, the design elements of the 70 models selected will be applied to the California T, 488 GTB, 488 Spider, F12berlinetta and GTC4Lusso models, each with its own unique elements, so the total of 350 models will be different.

F12berlinetta The Stirling (Stirling)

The color scheme of the F12 Berlinetta The Stirling is inspired by the classic 1961 Ferrari 250 GT BERLINETTA SWB model. The bold blue-and-white color scheme is very characteristic.

488 GTB The Schumacher (Schumacher)

The 488 GTB The Schumacher colour scheme is derived from Ferrari’s 2003 Schumacher F1 car, with a red body embellished with white embellishments to commemorate that year’s winner Schumacher and F1’s greatest driver Schumacher.

California T Steve McQueen (Steve McQueen)

4California T The Steve McQueen uses a dark color scheme, and the “70 1947-2007” nameplate on the body indicates the identity of its commemorative version of the model.

488 Spider The Green Jewel (Emerald)

The 488 Spider The Green Jewel has a colour scheme inspired by the 1965 Ferrari 365 P2, with a bright green body and bold gold wheels.

Special custom 488 Spider.

The 488 Spider’s special custom coating style comes from the 1953 Ferrari 375 MM Pinin Farina Spider. The plain white was paired with a dark blue double vertical strip.
